In the unlikely occurrence that this event has to be cancelled and not re-arranged, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
If the event has to be postponed and rescheduled for whatever reason, Past Heroes Ltd. will contact all ticket holders at that time with details of the revised date and timings. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, but if ticket holders are unable to attend this, a full refund will be supplied upon Past Heroes Ltd. receiving notification from the ticket holder within seven days of the time of rescheduling
The advertised guest(s) and/or speaker(s) were confirmed at the time of the ticket launch, but if for any reason one or more becomes unavailable, their place(s) will be filled by a suitable replacement or replacements chosen by Past Heroes Ltd.
All events will be subject to any Covidrestrictions or recommendations current at the time of the event and ticket holders will be expected to adhere to any rules or guidance notices issued by the host venue.
